"Seems they've had a major turn over in staff and now I have been receiving under portioned food the last few months. I threw my burrito away today after it being all tortilla with maybe a tablespoon worth of fillings. Will not be giving this location another chance after being a monthly customer over 5 years on my lunch breaks."

"I ordered 4 Supreme tacos from the drive-thru on Friday. The picture taco is the best taco out of the four! $12.54 was my total. I didn't discover how little ingredients the tacos had until I got home. I asked explicitly for eight ‘hot’ sauces and received six medium. It is simply not acceptable to me and I likely will not return to this Mid-Rivers location, store 029673."

"I've always received great service and food. Don't go during rush hours ... it will take a bit longer to get your food. I really miss the Enchirito, the Bell-beefer, and most of all the Beefy Tostada. It's interesting to me that they have all the ingredients for everything (except the bun for the Bell-beefer, was like getting a Mexican Sloppy Joe). With that being said, why can't we order these delicious meals?"

"Tonight I ordered a Mexican pizza and 2 soft tacos. The Mexican pizza and one of the soft tacos was good, but the other soft Taco had half of the stuff in it compared to the first one. This is not the first time this has happened. They were not very busy tonight so they should not have been in a rush to make my food. Taco Bell prices keep increasing so I guess I just expect my items to be more than half made."
