"I’m not sure what the policy on lost and found items are but we left an item in this store and called everyday asking about it. Each person that answered had no idea what we were talking about and would ask for my number to call me back. I never received any call. Finally after weeks of stopping in and calling corporate. They called and told me they threw my item away 6 days after it was left. Had someone actually took a messaged maybe it would have gotten to the person who threw my item away."
"These guys helped me get ballon’s for my sisters bday. Refilled some that were low and helped them get into a bag to go. Ronnie helped me and was really friendly. Was busy in there for NYE but line moved quickly. Thanks."
"Do not even think about ordering balloons to be delivered. They will not be on time and they will be poor quality! I ordered $100 of worth of Halloween balloons for my son’s first birthday. I asked that the balloons be delivered at 1pm, for a 2pm birthday start. I found out quickly that they use Uber to deliver and the first car only brought 4 of about 20 balloons LATE around 2:15pm. She told me she had to cancel the rest of my order, but it was on the way. One of my large bat balloons was deflated upon arrival, see photo. 2 whole hours later, the rest of my balloons arrived, after the party was over. No call from the store with updates, no apology. Completely unacceptable, poor service, poor quality, and waste of time and money. I will not use this store and I will not recommend to anyone."
"Excellent customer service in making sure I knew what size balloon I had for my sons birthday. Very patient. Wasn't crowded on a Friday evening. Balloons lasted overnight next day for party and are still on my living room ceiling now. Definitely going back. My son loves these giant Balloons"
"Staff was very helpful. There was a lot of cool props to choose from. Apparently there is a helium shortage but this location had some. I picked up some heart balloons for a couples photo session. Photos attached below."
