"Very poor customer service at this store. There was no effort to assist my husband and I as we shopped for flooring and backsplash. Other customers came in and were assisted immediately. Needless to say, we didn't spend our money here."

"This place should be sued. A little over a year after I got my tile from there, every tile that was near an outside wall split and cracked into pieces. I went back to the store and showed them the pieces of one tile. I was told by Frank the owner that “that was common for tile because it wasn’t made to handle the cold or the weight of a refrigerator. Really? Oh I forgot that first of all he blamed it on the installer. I told him that same installer had installed tile in 3 other places in our house and none of the other tiles had any problem. I also replaced the one piece of tile under the refrigerator with a random piece of tile and just put it on top of the grout and it hasn’t cracked in the 3 years since then. Finally after listening to him the second time, he told me that I could order the same lot from the place he got it. He called and frank said they had 2 cartons in stock and I said order them. I even offered to pay for them right then even though I told him I thought it should be free because he sold me defective tile. He said no, to wait until it came in. When I hadn’t heard from him in about a month, I went back there and he told me was waiting to hear From me because I wasn’t sure if I had wanted it. I reminded him I was willing to pay for it on the spot. He called the dealer while I was in the store and once again he said they had 2 cartons left. I told him to order it and I would pay for it. I didn’t hear from him so I went into the store again after calling several times and having him not return my call. He said I never ordered it and now suddenly had no record of the order. Each time I had gone in there I had my copy of the receipt and I am sure he kept it one time because all of a sudden I didn’t have it. I told him I could give him the date of the sale but he told me that he wouldn’t be able to get any info from that. In this day of technology I am supposed to believe you don’t have electronic records of every sale. Plus every time I went in there prior to this you knew just who to call. After 2 years of trying to get him to follow up on this, I just gave up and figured I would take it to Channel 5 or an attorney, which I told him the last time I left the store. I now have porcelain tile cracking all over the room. It is under the Kitchen table, under cabinets, along every wall Shop local. That’s where the criminals are. I am a senior citizen and I can’t afford to have all the title pulled up and new tile purchased and and installed. This is a terrible senior citizen scam as far as I am concerned. I am convinced these other reviews are there own reViews with different names because when this was happening I check their website and there were several others just like mine. I wish I had taken a picture of the website because falsifying reviews is also criminal behavior."
