"Came here for a repair since I’m from out of town and broke a nail while I was here and didn’t want to walk around like this. The tech himself was very nice but the actual nail that was repaired? No. lol. It’s the thumb nail. Super flat. Zero apex. Edges of my nail aren’t painted. Acrylic has lumps in it and the paint looks weird. I’ve been wearing acrylics for years, and about 1/2 the steps between applying the acrylic and the top coat weren’t done. I would almost prefer the broken nail to this thing. Considering taking it off. Not really sure if they just didn’t want to do it cause I refused to fill my set I had on with them or what but it’s hideous."

"Disappointed in my service from Long. Reading the positive reviews I was shocked others were so happy with him because he didn't speak to me at all during my appointment and seemed to be irritated with me. It was weirdly tense and not relaxing at all. He also used the sanding band on my natural nails and cut my skin several times without apologizing. I had to pull alway a few times because it hurt. He also was reading texts from his phone WHILE buffing my nails. My cuticles are still sore. I've never been this unhappy with a nail service, so I will not be returning. I felt so mistreated."
