The tile shop is more expensive than other options but with that you get higher quality materials and design help. The design help is what I was needing. "I will not give this Tile Shop any further of my business. The store manager at this location, Jessica K., is adolescent, disrespectful, rude, argumentative, aggressive and unprofessional to and with customers, lacks customer service skills, repeatedly interrupts customers when they are talking to her, and is incompetent or unwilling to solve simple customer order related problems caused by the Tile Shop. Jessica K.'s unprofessional conduct left me no alternative but to report her unacceptable conduct to the Tile Shop's executive offices of which Cabell L. is the President and CEO as well as T.J. J., the regional manager for this Tile Shop, and request that they address Jessica K.'s unacceptable conduct and resolve customer order related issues caused by the Tile Shop which Jessica K. was incompetent or unwilling to solve. Let me add, the rest of the employees at this store are very nice - it's only the store manager, Jessica K., who poses a serious problem for customers at this store location which ultimately reflects poorly on the Tile Shop as a business."

"We went to tile shop to pick out tile for our bathroom. Jessica help us pick out the perfect tile for our bathroom. She was the BEST found the perfect tile for us. She was very helpful with working with our contractor to make sure we had everything that we needed. Best customer service she went beyond our expectations. We want to say THANK YOU JESSICA for all your help you were very easy to work with and we appreciate all that you have done to make this experience seamless. "Combining knowledgeable staff, decent prices, and a good selection of tiles to choose from results in a great tile shopping experience. They did the calculations for me how many tiles I needed to purchase. They were practically spot-on perfect with just a few left over for breakage while cutting and they allowed me to return with refund all leftover tiles. We purchased a beveled tile and they had a couple very helpful pro tips on how best to tile with this new tile type I was unfamiliar with. Would definitely do business there again."
