"I called and made an appointment same morning during the week for a regular mani pedi and when I got there, there were two nail techs with two ladies that were chatting and getting pedicures and I told them I had called and made an appointment and they insisted they had no appointment scheduled. I pulled out my phone, read the number to them out loud and said this is you guys, right? and they acted stupid and apologized that no one had talked to me. My guess is that the two ladies walked in and they figured they would make more money on them than on me. I had taken an extended lunch for my nail appointment and was very disappointed since I had never even tried them before. Will not be going back."

"Made an Appointment to get medipedi for my daughter's Wedding. Lynn "didn't have time to give me what I wanted. Lynn talked me into "no chip" for my finger nails and promised an exact color match for my toes. Color did Not match! I don't paint my nails Only for special occasions. I hated the way my nails looked for My daughter's Wedding! My natural finger nails Are Destroyed and they didn't even look pretty. Extremely Unhappy. Did I Mention Lynn was on the phone 50 minutes out of 60! She runs a small buisness catering to her "Regulars" But will Fit you in as long as you consider her Agenda. I was there twice Both time's heard her either complaining about potential clients Or Refusing walk ins .In a nasty Way. Don't Be Disappointed Go somewhere Else!"
