"Went in for dip manicure plus removal of my current dip. Left with cuts around half of my cuticles that hurt! Very, very rushed. And the 2 guys that did my nails were not even paying attention one bit. I'm completely done going here...as this is the 3rd attempt."

"My friend and I went in for a pedi. They took us in and then rushed us out the door because they wanted to close early due to weather. The pedicure was done messy and they were mad about the wait time to dry since I did not want to get a gel pedi they kept insisting I get. They were clearly talking bad about us in their language. Will not return! Save yourself the trip and find a place that does good work and appreciates their clients."

"Worst service ever received! I needed a pedicure and a fill urgently as was leaving for vacation the next day. Walk-ins were accepted, so I made an appointment for 2 pm. From the moment I walked in, I was skeptical. There was about a dozen women waiting at the door , the pedicure and manicure stations were full. All of the pedicure stations had women sone being serviced, some waiting. The person who checked me in was rude. No greeting didn't ask my name. I told him I had an appointment for 2 pm. He told me to wait a few minutes. It was about 10 minutes, then took me to an empty pedicure station and set me up soaking. I assumed I would be next. I was so wrong! Waited over an hour! I should have walked out! I wasn't offered ANYTHING to drink. After I waited an hour, I asked how much longer, the same rude person told me I was next. As soon as a certain person was available she came over, and didn't introduce herself or greet me. She proceeded to start the pedicure. I was given a menu of services, I told her which one I wanted. When she used a tool foot file, it was sharp and she knicked my big toe! So that it started to bleed. I was very upset and she explained because "I moved" . When she finished i canceled the acrylic fill because it was already 4:30 pm, and I should have been finished with both services by that time. When I went to pay, I was overcharged! So I went on vacation needing to wear a bandage on my toe for at least a week! Avoid this place at all costs."

"Avoid. So many of my experiences here were negative. I went back to see if I would have a better experience this time around and was proven wrong when I walked out with this manicure (pictures provided). It made me feel very upset because of how much I payed for it. How could you let a customer walk out with nails like this? I ended up going back later that day to have them redone and they thankfully redid them for me. However, I've had too many negative experiences here to ever go back."
