"WOW WOW WOW! I'm so thrilled with my kitchen remodel with JLI. The entire process was so smooth and efficient. Lucy did an excellent job helping me come up with the design and picking out countertops/colors/etc. It turned out EXACTLY as promised! Juan and his team kept the work area contained and clean throughout the whole process. They were on time everyday, communicated everything that was needed, and were so meticulous with every detail. From the demo to the install to final touch ups, he did everything I asked and more. The best part, it only took 2 weeks of work for it to be complete (technically 3 weeks bc we were waiting on countertops but 2 weeks total of work). Everything was done so fast AND perfect, I was very impressed. I think for the quality of work matched with the quote I received. They were one of the higher estimates but only by a few thousand dollars so I think it was very fair pricing for the quality of work. Take a look at the before vs after pictures!"

"Edited to add: After many, many weeks the project was finished but fell very short of my expectations. Both my in office designer and on site point of contact went out of the country for 2+ weeks but they failed to notify me, leaving me with unanswered calls, texts and emails mid-project. The cabinets are chipped in many places and the team used a touch up pen to try to "fix" but the dents are still very visible throughout the entire kitchen. The kitchen window is off center between the cabinets by a total of 9 inches; the designer never called out this change nor discussed it with me nor flagged that she removed the corner cabinets from the original design which is what caused the window to be off center so significantly. I have zero recourse given these updated blueprints were attached to the permit. Finally, my garage is trashed as they used it for cutting materials - debris everywhere. A kitchen remodel is a huge investment and sadly, I am left feeling disappointed in the results rather than rejoicing about my new kitchen. Original review: I have been bamboozled. I was forced to pay in full before the project was completed and after I paid everyone disappeared. I have a half complete, non-functioning kitchen, cabinets that are incorrectly installed and a point of contact who has ignored every text for two weeks. An office employee scheduled time to come out and review the situation and then stood me up. I have heard of this happening but never expected it to happen to me and now have to waste my time and likely more money to seek resolution and retribution."

"JLI Remodeling just completed our home remodel which included the kitchen, master bedroom, fireplace, flooring, millwork and painting. They were fantastic to work with! The timeframe they gave us before we started the project was spot on! The communication was outstanding, and their follow through was excellent!
