"My husband booked an appointment here for me after looking for a salon near to us, thought it would be ok with 4 star rating. The place was nice and clean, cutely decorated and the staff seemed warm and friendly. Before I start I'm going to take some responsibility here in acknowledging that I could have expressed my dissatisfaction with the end result but I'm honestly not a person comfortable doing that. The service was pretty quick and I was zoned out for most of it, honestly not paying attention at all, I've never had to before I have full trust but I guess that was my mistake. I asked for a simple French manicure on natural nails - the white tip is about 1/3 of the nail. I have never gotten a French manicure like this and it looks absolutely disgusting. I noticed it after I got in my car to leave. I sent a picture to my husband who said it didn't look that bad, he changed his mind after I got home and showed him in person. The corner on the tips of several of the nails is also missing just a tiny bit, which honestly isn't noticeable unless you look close but I mean if I'm going to tell the story may as well be the full thing. Moral of the story is please pay attention and stop and actually look at your nails, you have a ton of opportunities to, be vocal about what you want. There is a tiny white line just below the white tip on one of my thumb nails and overall it sort of just looks like a rushed job. Super unhappy but if I'm honest I also didn't speak up to give them an opportunity to correct so..still do not think I will go here again though because I feel like something so basic should not have been screwed up so badly."

"Incredible experience! This was my first time here and I am blown away! Everyone was very friendly and made sure I was comfortable! Extremely clean environment, the woman opened up fresh tools right in front of me. I went in for just a gel pedicure but then decided to also get a manicure! I did the dip powder and added tips! (First time) I will be returning! Anna and Mason were phenomenal! Also, Jeffery is the manager and he was very helpful and welcoming!!"
