"Brought my 2 year old in on December 13th 2023. My son has been there multiple times never had a problem and it's where I go also. The guy that cut my son's hair should not ever cut a child's hair again! His name was auto. He was extremely awkward with my son and not customer friendly. He cut my sons hair so bad I had to take him to cost cutters to fix it. I did pay for the cut because I didn't want to make a scene but wanted to speak to manager. I was informed there was no manager in store until Saturday December 16th. I would like the 18 dollars back that I paid. The stylist had me so mad that I had to just leave because I was going to lose it. I had to tell him to change clippers because his was hurting him. We have never ever had this problem before. If you go in for a cut and you get the stylist named auto I would think twice before getting in the chair. If he was uncomfortable cutting a child's hair he should of spoke up. Cost cutters did what they could to fix it but still a little jacked up for Christmas pics. So thank you auto for that. I want a refund!"
