"I scheduled a hair appt for highlights and peek-a-boo color (Groupon). When I scheduled I TOLD the lady that I had long hair which she said thanks for letting her know and scheduled me more time due to it and told me that I would be charged a bit more for for the longer hair which was fine. When I got to my appt the guy came up to me and quickly told me that he is not doing my hair as it’s long and would have to charge me over $120 more plus. I explained that extra time was set up but the guy kept telling me with long hair he wasn’t doing it and return my Groupon. Rude service!!! This place was not close to me (49 minute drive one way). Stay away!! (The rude replies, especially to mine, only proves my point on how unprofessional this business this. I read the Groupon even after I left and ASKED if I could do that upon scheduling. But please, continue to show your ignorance)"
