"On November 20th, I ordered four Anirondack chairs because according to the website they would be delivered the next day. When they weren't delivered the next day I checked my order to find that the delivery date had been changed in November 28th, a full week later. November 28th came and went. I became curious where my order might be. On the 6th of December I called the store and the individual that I spoke with told me that it was being delivered from the warehouse. I called the warehouse who told me that my order was being delivered from the store. I spoke with a customer service person who put in a report and said that they were going to call the store straighten this out and call me back. That never happened. This evening I called customer service once again to learn that my order is now scheduled to be delivered on December 11th. The reason provided for the significant delay in this order was the vast amount of deliveries that Ace had on their schedule. Unfortunately I'm having difficulty believing this explanation and I am incredibly disappointed with the terrible service that I have received from Ace Hardware."
