"Asked my wife to come early so she got there 15 min early for her 2:00 apt, and wasn’t seen until 2:45. Apt lasted about 5 minutes once she was finally seen. Doctor was nice but they need to work on the wait time"

"I’ve only been here twice and I’ve already made a decision to switch Drs. They give you an appointment time and have you fill out paper work on your mobile phone to check in (which is fine) but even showing up 15 min prior to your appointment which they recommend is still no use. They’ll have you waiting for an hour before being seen. What’s the point of an appointment? After finally being called, they check my weight and vitals which is pretty quick then send me to the room to be seen by Dr.Zamudio. I was in there for a whole hour just for him to ask me the same questions he’s asked before, didn’t check my baby’s heart beat, measure my stomach, etc. All he did was put the machine on my tummy asked me is my baby moving, looks at the baby and says he’s doing good, gives me 1 ultrasound pic of my baby’s face and says I’ll see you in 2 weeks. Mind you I’m 30 weeks pregnant and this is my 1st ultrasound of my baby ever. I’ve waited a long time to get an ultrasound due ti having issues with insurance. For something that took less than 5 minutes he had me and other patients waiting for more than an hour. So if you want to be disappointed don’t go here."

"I have been a patient since 2019 and can say I absolutely love my doctor as well as his staff. They are always polite to me they always go out of their way to assist me with whatever I need. Dr. Zamudio is very thorough, very kind and willing to help. Sometimes I do feel like I have to ask him to slow down just so we can talk more so I feel better but he always takes that time out to speak with me and make me feel better about whatever is going on in the appointment. Lol he even spoke with my husband and just made everything very comfortable. I would definitely without a second thought recommend this doctor for your gynecological needs an obstetrician needs."
