"Very disappointed. Absolutely terrible. I set up my appointment with Dr. Baeza but then got a call to reschedule because she was full that day. They failed to tell me that this reschedule would also switch my doctor. Being use to a female gyno and being scheduled with as male gyno with no communication is ridiculous to begin with. They told my baby’s father he wasn’t allowed in the waiting room and had to wait in the hallway to be called in for the ultrasound. After arriving they lost my urine sample telling me it was poured out and thrown away, asking me to provide another one. How unorganized do you have to be to lose a patients urine sample? Maybe it’s because of the unprofessional solo cup with sharpie initials. When it came down to my ultrasound the lady said she forgot to call in the baby’s father and other women went to go get him. Shortly after she comes back to say she couldn’t not find him and the Dr. started right after without giving me a chance to reach out so he could be there. The ultrasound goes by fast and when I left my baby’s father was in the same spot he was told to be when we first arrived and said no one called his name. When I asked the lady scheduling future appts she asked one of the women in the room with me and said he just didn’t listen. I’m extremely upset by the unprofessionalism I experienced today. Causing the father who miss work to be there to miss the first ultrasound of our baby. Please do better, this is a sensitive time in people’s lives expecting to build a family. Work on your compassion especially in the field you’re in. Disgusting."

"Great Dr, rubbish facilities and support. We arrived early as instructed having filled all paperwork in advance. We were told we couldn’t wait in the waiting room because as a husband and father I was male (it takes two to make babies…) they had us wait in the corridor. We had to wait 50 minutes after the appointment time for my wife to be called back for her vitals and over two hours before we saw the Dr. My wife had to provide a urine in a red solo cup with sharpied initials on the side. Placing it on a tray with 5 other solo cups *surprisingly* the lab was unable to test hers and required a second red solo cup sample. Again the Dr was great, informative and gentle but the rest of the experience was below par."

"A friend recommended Dr flores for my pregnancy. He took me in as his patient when I needed to be seen by a doctor very early in my pregnancy (most doctors refused to see me before 9 weeks). From the beginning he was exceptional. He is kind, caring, respectful, and knowledgeable. He cared for my high risk pregnancy and delivered my beautiful baby girl. He answered all my concerns and questions throughout pregnancy and followed my birth plan at the time of delivery. I thank him and his team for a wonderful experience, i am DEEPLY grateful to have him as my doctor."

"Dr.Flores is a wonderful outstanding Dr. The office is clean, the staff who come and get you are very nice and polite, however the front desk ladies a few I have spoke to over the phone while making appts are very rude which isn't the best look on the office. I have gotten to where I dislike very much calling the office because they are hateful and rude exspecially if you have any inconveniences they don't like that and get real cocky. So for my personal experience being seen here a couple times now everything is great and welcoming besides the front desk ladies."

"I am a new patient at this office. My appointment was at 9AM, I was there about 30 minutes early-I didn't have to fill out any paperwork since they let you do all this online. I was done with the appointment at 9:30AM. Awesome! Everyone there was very friendly and efficient. Dr. Flores took time to talk to me in his office, and after this I went to the treatment room for my annual check-up. I felt very well taken care of and I am grateful to have found a great doctor with a professional staff."
