"Modern Builders & Design was recommended by one of our neighbors (3 houses down from us) because they told us they were very happy with their garage epoxy floor work. Last night I saw my neighbor and he’s still very happy with the work. He said,” It’s been a year and it still looks like it was done yesterday!”. Justin and Adrian ( From Modern Builders) came to work on putting on new epoxy flooring to my garage. Probably the most important part of the job is the foundation prep work (The base floor foundation had a lot of pittings and cracks) which they did an excellent job fixing it. This ensured the epoxy will settle in nice, even and uniform throughout. The work took more effort than originally thought it would. I told Justin not to worry for I’m ok in paying more for what is quoted. More importantly it’s very important to do it right the first time so there’s no regrets afterwards. They didn’t rush the work, nor delay it. Just the right amount of time and effort to get great results. In the end, he told me not to worry about it as he didn’t even charge me extra for the additional work. He said,” I just want to make sure you guys are happy with the work”. "Justin at Modern Builders & Design is phenomenal! He worked with us to select and install a new garage floor surface. Please see the before and after pictures. The flake size is 1/4” and the color description is dolerite. He is attentive to his clients ideas, questions, and concerns. He’s able to navigate his clients through every step of the concept, design and installation. He is knowledgeable about the products and does not limit a clients creativity. "I recently had the pleasure of hiring Modern Builders & Design to paint our outdated kitchen cabinets as well as refresh many rooms in our home. Justin and his team were professional, courteous ,and extremely respectful while in our home. From first call until the final touch up we had a wonderful experience. Justin and his team were always on time, easy to talk to, and the communication and quality of work was top notch. As most renovations go there were bumps along the way with other contractors who did not maintain the same level of pride in their work.
