"Had a horrible experience took my six-year-old in to get his haircut. I had to ask the lady to give him a lining and she said she can try if I would’ve known that they didn’t do African-American haircuts in there. I never would’ve wasted my $20 as a single mother, this was not OK"

"I've been coming to this salon since they first opened..I liked the fact that I could just walk in and get a good haircut...staff was friendly and wait time was normally short...and I loved the heat on my neck after a haircut...but now there's only one stylist... reduced hours...and the stylist that cut my hair was very stressed...it is not the great salon I remember... completely dissatisfied with my hair cut... stylist through very nice was too talkative...and no more heated towels... after all these years as my go to salon...will most likely not be back...as my favorite stylist has apparently now left the salon. Sorry but this salon will not be business much longer at this rate."
