LL Flooring

"Picking up the flooring was great but the Dream Home Red Cumaru does not "snap in" I have put in many floors this is the worse by far"

"I could not be more disappointed with the service I received from ll flooring. My sick mother was trying to help finish remodeling our house. Due to her sickness (pancreatic cancer), she over ordered flooring for the house. We were able to install the flooring but had over 50% of the flooring left. She passed away after finishing the install, and left a puzzle for me to figure out. I was unaware she had purchased too much wood at the time. When I tried to return it, ll informed me is was 2 weeks past the return period and would not accept the return. It would have been over $6000 in return that they refused to accept. That money was to go to her grave site, which I can no longer afford. I cannot express how hatred and frustration I have with ll flooring. To take advantage of a dying mother and leaving her son out to dry is beyond imaginable. Please please do not work or buy and product from this company. They will screw you over every chance they get."

"George was very friendly and patient. He took his time a walked me through my quote, answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. He was very knowledgeable regarding the product I chose and any of the other comparisons. The store was easy to get to and near my home, as well as clean, welcoming and well supplied with many options. If anyone wants a good experience with a sales person that is very helpful "not pushy, and trying to sale you what you don't want" go to the store in Lombard, it will be a pleasant experience.
