"Bought a heavy mechanic tool set. After paying, the counter associate asked me if i would need help to bring it to my car. I politely declined his kind offer, when suddenly he started smiling and saying he was joking. Lefted me speechless… really??? For the first time a vendor humiliated me in such a grossy way! Never again will step in this Harbor Freight!"
"When I came to this location I had 2 objectives. Grab a hand brake bleeder and a pair of jack stands. I ended up choosing the MityVac and the Daytona single post 3 ton stand. I went up to pay and an older woman rang me up. I was looking to pay around $130 after tax she then scanned a tag and told me I would be saving money if I signed up for the ITC. I declined because it would have brought the total up by an extra $15 and I don't shop there often. She then proceeded to tell me "you don't want to save money?" At the end she basically wouldn't sell me the jacks without signing up for the membership. I left the jacks and she was looking at me as if I was stupid for not getting it. Overall I won't be coming here again. This is the reason why the automotive industry gets such a bad wrap. People making others feeling stupid for not being scammed. go to lowes same prices better quality"
"They're always helpful inside and it has that wonderful hardware store smell. It's a place you can get in and out if you went or spend an hour looking around at all their good stuff. Conveniently located in the hole at 63rd and main. I'm sure the only reason this parking lot doesn't flood out is because of the enginuity of the Ace hardware employees!"
"Everything is always in stock or able to be ordered and the Customer Service is always excellent. Great prices and replacement policy. Helpful, friendly staff. I love their special sales, and have fun checking out all the aisles. Great for picking up a quick needed tool or other such item. I'm glad they're nearby. Very convenient."
