"When you see one of these trucks, just go ahead and pull over for about 20 minutes. You will arrive at your destination at the same time as if you stayed on the road. Who ever was pulling trailer with tag # 80 520 TG. This person created many problems, stayed in the left lane the entire time from Gurnee to Round Lake. Did about 10 miles under the limit and anytime someone tried to go around it, it would speed up and then ride next to the next slow vehicle in the left. Ended up with about 15+ vehicles stuck behind it when I turned off."
