I had high hopes that we would get a better store than Maher was(who went out of business because they had unbelievably terrible customer service) It appears they are the same people. No customer service. No personality, no help. I work with more than 200 other hardware stores and I will continue to shop at other stores that understand how to make connection with the human. They always have 6 people behind the counter, no one acknowledged my presence or the presence of my family. When I ask for a common item, the child behind the counter starts searching on a computer. It takes time for me to ask if anyone heard me, and they stare at a computer with no answer. When we start talking at the counter, the over 40 employees dispersed to avoid answering questions. Not a single smile or energetic face will you find here, and no work on Sunday, which is the only day working people need anything from any legitimate hardware store."
