All I heard coming from her was a sales pitch on a hair product I didn't need, her health problems (ovarian cyst, UTI, etc), and her disdain for the local medical people. On top of that, she gave me way too short of a haircut. Won't be coming back ever again."

"My boyfriend went in for a haircut and told the stylist (Veronica) what he wanted which was a fade on the sides and back and trimmed on the top so he could keep his curls. She didn’t do any of that and decided to do what she wanted. This is not the first time she has messed up. We tried to give her the benefit of doubt the first time with messing up his eyebrows and thinning one out too much. Already talked to management just wanted to warn others before getting their hair cut by her. She also gave him her personal phone number when the location’s phone number was on the card already."
