"Was a fully supporter and shopper until they changed their policy for the product to not allow a return for anything but store credit. They sell questionable product and will not refund if it doesn't work. in 2022 I bought a spare light for a project and was able to return it for a full refund, but today Corey pointed to the banner on the ceiling saying no refunds only instore credit. I can no longer support a business that sells broken product and then will not refund fully."

"Yes they have a bunch on sale. However, they knowingly sell broken items and only allow returns… for store credit (they did not choose to share that with me). Shady, greasy business practices!! Everything was brand new on the top and when I remove ALL parts at home I find the main table to this tool is used and broken. As you slide it, it gets hung up, stuck and uneven. Do not purchase without completely assembling and TESTIng the tool. Better yet don’t support them."

"This is organized chaos! This is an amazing warehouse with some much to choose from. Some items are used and returned items from stores, & some are overstock. I came during Halloween season so there are a lot of Halloween items to choose from. Open all year long, only on the weekends. Hours are 8-12 but people line up early to get their items first come. Pretty cool! We will be coming back!"
