Around 10:45am on Friday September 10, 2021, traveling south on 355 I seen this guy riding the bumper of numerous vehicles, cutting people off (me include) and just driving very unprofessional for a business truck! I would pull this mans records and get him off the road especially flying around with a flat bed trailer attached!"
