"HORRIBLE! DO NOT GO HERE! Let me explain, I used to love coming here for YEARS, but in the past 8 months i have been unable to go. Well, i finally had the extra pocket money to go get my nails done, so i decided to come here. I show up at noon, fully understanding and accepting that they would most likely be busy and i would have to wait. Well, when it got to 1 pm and only 1 person was finished and just starting on the next client, while there was still 5 other people ahead of me, i figured i would leave and come back a little later. Door says they are open til 6, i thought that’s perfect! My fiancé wanted to go to the movies to kill some time, and it ended up being just before 5pm when we got back to the nail salon. When i walked in there was no one else waiting and i got so excited! Next thing i know, i am immediately told “We are done for today!” and have to leave. What kind of business says they are open until 6, but won’t accept new clients a bit over an HOUR before they are supposed to close? I WILL NEVER GO BACK. Horrible business model, awful service, and the nails were never even that good here anyway! They were just budget friendly and i am not the type of person who needs their nails to be perfect, so i was willing to accept the quality. Regardless, with this kind of attitude from this establishment, i’m surprised they still have customers and i for sure have no plans of ever returning."
