"Took my neice there to get pedicures and full sets for both of us. I wish I had gone somewhere else! Both of the nails techs made one of our fingers bleed, my neice was in the pedicure chair for MAYBE 15 min start to finish. She said they were really rough with her and once I saw it was going to cost me $30 just to have my feet soak in water and get my tires painted, yet walk out of there with one toes polish messed up and no offer to fix it even tho she said she pointed it out. I got a full set, thinking I'd be safe with that but nope. They are uneven and look terrible. I'd spend my $ somewhere else if I were you!"
"Cole did a great job with my nails he does appointment only and is considerate of his customers time my nails turned out amazing will be coming back !!!"
"Cole was my manicurist. It cost $95 for gel pedicure and acrylic dip powder natural nails (I made the appt for a gel mani pedi, never mentioned any acrylic or powder) + very accommodating, able to squeeze me in day of making an appt +/- quick/fast - multiple tender and painful cuts surrounding nail cuticles - acrylic powder glued onto my skin around the cuticle looks and feels terrible, having to peel it off of the cuticle skin which hurts - not the friendliest attitude, occasionally grunting and making unpleasant noises - sneezed 3 times during my pedicure and did not cover his mouth at all (it is proper etiquette to cough/sneeze into you elbow to prevent the spread of germs!) -used acrylic dip powder which had sparkles left in it from the last girl, when I pointed out the two red sparkles on my thumb he said he admitted he knows how they got there bc he did red sparkles on the girl before me and it must have been in the powder or brush (underlying issue something is not cleaned properly and unsanitary) attempted to fix (wiped off clear gel coat but noticed it was in the acrylic powder that had already been hardened), but seemed he didn’t want to re do the acrylic powder he put before the gel coat ultimately leaving me with two random sparkles on my thumb…. +/- complimentary water!! I only found this out bc while waiting for him to finish the appt before me I asked if it was okay I run to roziers to grab a water, later during my appt he pointed at my water bottle and said “you bought a water? I have a whole fridge” and pointed at a mini fridge full of waters ??? Bro I literally told you I was going to buy a water lol why didn’t you tell me with all this being said they were great for a quick fix and convenient if you’re in Chester and need something quick. would definitely like to see improvement in the sanitary and customer service aspects though! Attached images of my nails, what I asked for, and last photo is my nail cuticles after a GOOD manicure to show the difference in dry crusty work vs clean work, UPDATE my nail is infected."
"Horrible experience. I had multiple painful cuts all over. There are bubbles in the finished nail, the tips were very rough, I had to file them when I got home, the white was so dirty looking. And the gold wasn't gold. The green wasn't the right color, so he mixed black with it, and so I had black instead of green. Lots of air bubbles. I almost went back to have him redo the white nails, but there's no way he would be able to get the exact color. I won't be going back."
"I'm beyond upset. I go here often and today I had a terrible experience I was in tears after leaving the guy nail tech was getting so upset with me bc I couldn't relax my hand how he wanted and was going off on me about it. Even after I told him I have issues with my right hand...$45 for a fill that looked like this... lost a regular customer for good."
