"Walked in, knew what material I wanted, they had it in stock, brought it up front, then wouldn't sell it to me because I'm not a professional contractor. "this product is hard" they said. I understand that, but I know what I want, and if I screw it up, that's my problem not yours. They're way too precious about their paint!"

Aside from delivering great customer service- he has time and again delivered spot in color matching. From using other color chips to fabric- he has nailed every one we have ever brought in to him."

"Had to paint my condo. The painter suggested Sherman Williams carpentersville. I went in I got the most unenthusiastic person, David. I said I need just a off white paint. I don't want to start mixing tints. He suggested plain white. I had no idea it would be chalk plain white. Went back in for another gallon, I said I'm not happy with this color at all, let me tell you he ‘couldn't care less’ he showed the same lack of enthusiasm as when I purchased. I would not recommend this store. CS needs help. Sherman Williams is a good product.. find another store.."
