"I bought some kiln dried walnut slabs from here and then turned them into shelves myself though they offered some prices for their labor that seemed fair. Overall it turned out great and my wife loves it, so do I. Most the wood was great but one slab did have a ton of worm holes, dead worms and even some live worms in it which I had to modify the live edge to account for this. This was my first time purchasing wood slabs so I probably should have been better at inspecting the wood, but they were all hidden by the bark that was mostly still on the slabs. I took a picture of the worms. I did not try yet to contact the business to see their opinion on this but if I do I will post an update if they provide any type of compensation."

"I bought a beautiful spalted maple board from them, which I turned into a floating shelf under my television. One of the guys even suggested I have them cut the board in half length-ways to get two shelves out of it. His input was very thoughtful & helpful! I put a Tung oil finish on it and hung it myself, so it was cheaper than having it totally finished by them. Some of the board is a little warped, but I think it adds character! They have a lot of beautiful pieces of wood to choose from & they will make it work for your space. I believe they're opening a display room to sell already-made pieces of furniture and shelves. But you can also pay for them to custom-make something for you. I saw some pieces they finished, and they were beautiful!! I will definitely be back."
