"Started going to Katie Nails after going to another nail salon for many years. It started out as a special treat for my daughter and now we go every two weeks. We love the ladies! They are very good with my 7 year old daughter and have made her feel very comfortable each time we’ve been."

"had an appt on saturday the 21st. the day before my sisters wedding. yes we got tended to right away but the whole experience was disappointing… anna, the girl who did my mani/pedi was very sweet. i didnt catch the name of the girl with braces but when i told her i didnt have cash only my card she rolled her eyes and sat back down at her table. anna nicked my finger and it is now infected. my toes were also not properly cured and one whole gel paint peeled off in my sleep and another one came off and there is sticky stuff on it. i had asked for the disposable flip flops so i didnt have to put my shoes back on and i was told “no theyre dry put your shoes on”. all around a HORRIBLE experience for me my sister and the other bridesmaids. will never be returning. 99% of the staff was rude and nasty towards us. as i said anna was incredibly sweet but did not do a good job on my nails."
