"I tried this salon last year and had a not so pleasant experience but decided to give them another try. I'm definitely regretting that decision. Mary is so rough, gruff and just plain rude. She is the lady I had the first time and I thought the same thing but thought maybe she was just having a rough day. NO that's her personality 100% of the time. If you are a regular they are nice if you walk in they get pissy when you don't upgrade everything and spend extra money. I got a basic gel manicure and a basic pedicure and spent $75, definitely not that quality of work. I won't be returning a 3rd time."

"On friday August 11th I went in to Get a full set and a pedi. First time I went here I noticed my pinky nail was sorta side ways. I decided to go back just to show them and maybe someone better would do my nails. That definitely wasn't my second experience. I have never got my nails done and seen my own nails showing. It's horrible we pay all our hard earn money to get crabby nails. I would go and demand my money back but unfortunately I'm in the ozarks till Monday. I'm hoping this will be the case when I go in on Monday when I get home."

"Been going for years. I will only go to 1 or 2 people. Cindy does a great job. Listens to me. Will fix if I have a problem and if the polish chips, they fix it. Love the pedicure chairs. Tom is another great one. Never had a problem. I’ve always been told if price before I get done or my daughter gets her nails done Sami over charges. Will not go back to her. Plus she rushes. They get to know their customers by name. Sorry others have had problems. I have not. And I speak up if there is a problem."

"I had been in the salon once before and they had done an OK job. But I went ahead and went back again and asked for the trendy round shape double French tip manicure. The guy told me upfront that they would be $60 which I’m fine with, so I said OK and he did them. However these are the worst nails that I have ever gotten. The shape is not good and the polish is very sloppy. It looks like my 13-year-old sister did my nails. Each line is not straight and left polish all on my skin around my nails. I never leave reviews but this is something that I could not just not post anything about. I am embarrassed to walk around with these nails on."
