"From the moment I called it was an issue. I asked for both front and back yard to be done. Lucy, the front desk or secretary said she would handle it, yet nothing changed. I was waiting after numerous phone calls and texting to talk about the billing, yet I had to keep chasing this company down. When I finally got a chance to speak to her(Lucy) I was overcharged for services that were NOT done. Lastly they ended up braking a pottery piece and didn't even own up to it. If looking for professional and great services go elsewhere. #nolongeracustomer"

"We Hired Pedro to regrade my yard to fix drainage problems. He seemed really nice. And maybe he is…but they didn’t grade it properly. My phone calls and texts are ignored after paying him cash. They messed up my neighbor’s yard. The dirt they dumped is filled with ants and other bugs. Dirt is hard as a rock and many bare spots of grass. They showed up 5 hours late on the first day when I told them to keep original appointment and not to come after they didn’t show up on time. They showed up anyways and dumped 8 tons of dirt above grade of my foundation without my permission. Then came back 2 days later to “finish”…they dumped most of the dirt in the wrong spots. They didn’t listen or understand what I had hired them to do. I had even sent pictures and videos of what the yard looks like after a big rain. They messed the swale up more than it was. They were going to just dump dirt on top of catch basins in the ground that were installed wrong by a different company a few years ago. I had to dig up the old catch basins. Needless to say the yard is still not graded properly,they didn’t use a laser level nor did they roll the dirt to compact it to make sure it was level and graded. They worked hard. But they didn’t do the job right. Again,no phonecalls or texts returned after payment made. Now I need to hire another landscaper to fix their mess. My yard looks like hell and my neighbor is threatening to sue me because his yard is now flooding. I really thought Pedro was a standup good guy. It’s terrible to ignore a customer that paid,tipped,helped,and took care of the crew. They may do great hard scape work….but they can’t grade to save their lives. Probably going to call the BBB. Sucks. I didn’t want to write this review but People need to know. They were in a hurry. And didn’t do the job right. Who puts dirt under the ac unit????? The entire yard needs to be excavated,graded,and resodded."

"Initially hired Juan Trejo and Son landscaping in 2020 for basic lawn services. We were pleased enough with their work, that we hired them again for the spring/summer of 2021. This time we paid upfront, and in full to cut our front and backyard plus trim and weed weekly. HUGE MISTAKE! They have blown us and the work off more times than showing up to do the work they were paid for! They also have refused to return/respond our many phone calls and texts. STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!!!!"
