"I request Party City to hire better people to help customer. I am new customer, and don't know the process of selecting balloons, ordering, and having them inflated. I tried for good 15 minutes just to talk to folks on the floor to help me, and take my selection. Store folks were busy cracking jokes, while even other customers were waiting. All they say to people is to wait in line."

"I came here 10 minutes before closing the white guy with long slimy hair had the door locked before closing time. Then came to the door at 6pm and said I cannot come In. Highly disappointed and unprofessional. Party city do better and hire people who want to actually work."

"Would give -0 if I could!!!! GRADUATION BALLOONS not blown up after they were dropped off at 10 am this morning. Paid over $100 for the balloons for graduation party! Went to get the balloons at 6pm only to be told by a black gentleman "THAT THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS WHEN PEOPLE CUT LINE AND I HAVE TO KEEP STOPPING WHAT I'M DOING"!!! SO it's now the customers fault that your boss didn't and won't hire help??? I DO NOT RECOMMEND this location for ANYTHING that is of importance to you as a customer!!!"

"2/25 at 10am the red head girl and the long haired guy was so rude. They said they weren't accepting Ballon orders although the balloons we wanted were there hanging up ready to be purchased. These people were condescending and disrespectful. They need to work at a job in a fast food place instead of working with the public. They clearly lack people skils"

"Place was clean and most of it organized. Just felt a little rushed to choose the balloons I ordered for my baby's birthday since only one cashier was available. But I guess it was because is not the weekend so is slower.. A person was walking around asking if I needed help.. Which I did liked that."
