"The transmission failed in my Suburban and I was looking for a shop close to me. I found J&A online and noticed all the good reviews. I decided to take my vehicle to them for repair and I am glad that I did. When I dropped off my Suburban, they explained what they were going to do and that they would call me when after they diagnosed the problem. The next day, the shop called and was told what they found and what needed to be done to repair, a complete rebuild of the transmission. They quoted me a price and told me how long it would take. I went ahead with the repair. They had it done in the time-frame and for the price as quoted. When I picked up the vehicle, I was shown the bad parts that had to be replaced and a complete explanation of what caused the parts to fail and the best way to prevent another failure. The rebuild came with a warranty and I have been very happy with the repair. I don't typically write reviews, but I went to J&A because of the reviews I read. I feel like they were upfront in their explanation and quote and they did a great job with the repair. I am writing this to add to the other reviews and hope that it convinces someone else to give J&A a shot at repairing their vehicle."
