"called ahead to get materials ready, stopped by the office to let them know I had arrived, they continued to take 5 other peoples orders, after 50 mins I went again to ask if im getting my materials, waited another 10 min before they issued the items I had ordered. we are new to this company and the customer service is horrible. wont be ordering anymore from them."

Of which no one has contacted me. Can no one send a catalogue pdf or paper so I can get the parts ordered? OR do they want to just sell new fence?"

"Spoke to someone there today. They only sell to their registered contractors. I have lined up a Fencing company that would build my fence. But even with my contractors Master Halco is not willing to sell to us. Individual homeowner's money is not good enough? They only sell to their contractors to keep the monopoly and pricing tight."
