"If I could give 0 starts I would. Toyota collision Center is awful! Twice they told us the car was ready but when we went to pick it up, the car had so many problems and some parts weren’t clicked in right either. A simple task as that wasn’t even done. It was a frustrating experience and you can’t depend on their word when they tell you they fixed the problem. Oh! And the reception lady is awful! She always had an attitude and made false assumptions about the status of our vehicle. Can’t rely on her either. Last thing, the manager seemed lazy and was bothered when we would return with our vehicle with problems they forgot to fix or wasn’t fixed correctly."

Less than one week later my car was back in my possession. The insurance company and toyota work hand in hand for a smooth process. Would definitely use them again in future (God forbid) and highly recommend their service!"
