"DO NOT TAKE YOUR CARE TO THIS BUSINESS. Cal hires predatory towers to show up to accident scenes and tow vehicles to his lot. I was involved in a hit and run and Cal's tower took my car to this shop even though I told him to take it to my local shop. I was in the hospital so I couldn't do anything about it. I called the next day to get my car and Cal told me that I personally would have to pay $1200 to release my car to insurance. Thankfully I know better. My insurance paid Cal 2 days later because he refused to pick up the phone for my insurance. When he was finally paid and a tow truck was sent, he wouldn't open his gates or pick up calls. He continued to charge my insurance for storage fees even though he wouldn't open his gates to my tow trucks. I finally got it out 8 days after the accident and he ended up getting almost $2000 from my insurance for a simple 2 mile tow to his lot. He is a complete scam artist and should not be given business from honest people. Avoid this place at all cost!"
