"Great little country store. They have the basics for my chickens, which is convenient. I wish they had the bedding I like, but they do have a decent food selection. Employees were all really nice. Jose even ran out to my car with a bag I had forgotten inside. Happy to have this store in our community!"
"Buyer beware- on 11/4/23 I purchased a safe from this store with a tentative delivery date for 11/21/23 my order still says processing. It took an hour and half to place this order in store. No big deal if that was the only issue it’s a new store but nope that was the smaller issue. No one has reached out to confirm which was supposed to be within 48hrs to confirm delivery. I have contacted customer service several times only to be told “its processing”, “we will call the manufacturer”, “the manufacturer ( Cannon) has no record of the order”, and the store manager Beth says “she can’t help me either”. She also didn’t offer a solution of any kind. I paid cash at the register but the store used gift cards to make the purchase on their computer. So now today 11/27/23 I’ve initiated a refund to be told it will take a couple days to cancel the order and I have to call back to get a refund started once I receive the email confirming cancellation. It’s been over 3weeks and no one knows what happened or why my order is the way it is and now the 2000.00 dollars I paid is in limbo. This is insane. I’m not rich and I saved up to buy the safe for my husbands birthday. They’ve lost my trust and my buisness. I’ll update more as this saga continues. Just be careful what you order especially in-store. Update- 12/13/23 Finally received a refund check from customer care. Over a month long process."
