"They were nice and helpful in the office. High prices. Good products. My mistake , always have things in writing. He stood in kitchen std leveling of the floor will be taken care of when doing measurements. The contractor for floor put down self leveling product down and never covered anything in area. Used hand sander. Dust went everywhere in my house . I told Steve of this and his answer to me is you should expect dust when there is construction. My word is have consideration for customer tarp area off. Word to wise, make sure things are in writing. This upsets me to write this but when your told no warranty on the floor im upset. I was told no warranty due to I refused to pay full supplement bill of 700.00 for leveling of floor. He cut in half and due to that he told me no warranty. Told me not to call again. Ty I will not call or ever use your business again."
