"Don't trust these people. Bring your lawyer & make sure to get a signed contract! Their installer never replaced the mop board because he broke several pieces when removing. Then they tried to charge an extra $325 over their quote, because they couldn't get their regular installer & they had to pay another installer an extra amount (they claimed) but they never notified me of the additional costs until I tried to talked to them about the broken mop board. I had to buy & replace all of the mop board myself. To sum up, I went to complain about broken mop board & not replacing any mop board Store owner refused to talk to me about problems & tried to charge me $325 extra? Don't TRUST them! Don't deal with them. What a mess! Never ever again!"

Coretec floor is easy to clean with the spin mop, and Shaw carpet just regular carpet cleaner,. If you are considering any change and you have pets.... you might want to get these products.
