"They are very friendly, from front desk to mechanics, which is rare. I had an urgent repair that also needed a tow. They don't tow themselves; however, they can recommend a company for you. Due to demand and the holiday, they didn't think they were going to be able to get to me for almost a week. I am not from the area so that was going to be a big inconvenience for me; especially since they are one of the very few businesses that work on European vehicles. They provided me with a reasonable quote within 24 hours and had the repair completed within 24/48 hours after that. Parts come insured and my vehicle was cleaner than it was when I dropped it off. I've had horrible luck with vehicles and mechanics over the past 2 years and I was very pleasantly surprised at their professionalism and work ethic. A few days after the repair, my vehicle failed again, they reinspected the vehicle and completed the repair - no rudeness, didn't seem like I was an inconvenience to them or anything.
