"Save your time and money & go elsewhere. I don’t write a lot of reviews but I had to for this one. I waited for 45 minutes before I was helped. Ann did my pedicure and manicure and she literally worked IN SLOW MOTION. Instead of getting my hands soaked while she worked on my feet she insisted that no one else could wrap my fingers up to start the removal process earlier to be more efficient. Other technicians were available at this time and everyone that walked in after me was done before me plus some. I asked two times if their pedicure equipment is sterilized and she kept nodding. Usually if it is you see them peel open the sterile pack infront of you, this did not happen and I kept and eye other technicians didn’t do it either. I have a burn on my left thumb and asked her nicely to please not touch it and work around it yet she grabbed for it numerous times. This was my first time here as I am new to the area and have yet to find a decent nail salon that will be my go to. Don’t waste your time."
"I walked in and NO ONE spoke to me, greeted me, just asked what I wanted! I sat 40 minutes with NO ONE speaking to me, saying: we will be right with you asap????? So I left angry and disappointed as this was a treat from my family. So NO GOOD REVIEW HERE!!!"
"Sandy always does 5 star nails! I ask for her every time. Everyone at Bliss is great and very nice. I always tell people to come here!"
"I have been going to Bliss Nails for 5ish years now! I love it here! The service is top notch. Everyone is so friendly and personable. I typically have Andy do my nails and toes! The pedicures he gives are fantastic. Very thorough, takes his time! You really get your monies worth here! Quinny is so welcoming at the front desk! She's done my nails on a few occasions and does very well! Sammy is great too! Really can not go wrong with Bliss!"
"This is really upsetting because I really liked going here. 2 weeks ago I had booked a manicure. I previously had dip on my nails. I explained that to the nail tech. Normally they soak my nails to remove the dip and redo it but this time he added acrylic overlay to it and did more of a fill than a manicure. I figured this was just a way to save time and didn't think much of it. Yesterday when I went back, I had booked as a fill because that's what we did last time. As a different nail tech starts grinding the polish, she asks what was previously on my nails and I explained to her what the man did last time. She looked at me with a confused look and explained that if I had dip before then it should've been entirely removed and not added to. If acrylic is just added on top then water can permeate it and cause fungus to grow. Sure enough, I had fungus growing on a few of my nails. I'm shocked and really upset by this. The different nail tech explained that she can grind most of the fungus off and it will grow off as my nails grow out. I let her add new dip on, but I was very hesitant about this. I'm not sure what the right step to take was but I've got green and yellow fingernails on both hands now. I'm praying I can get the fungus off my nails in time for my sister's wedding next month. I wasn't able to take a picture of the fungus because the tech continued to work on my hands before I could. Edit: removed the polish myself after doing research that said polish encourages growth of the fungus. Took a picture of the current state of my nails."
