"I had my nails done at this place today, and I am very unhappy with the customer service. The edges of my nails are so uneven and thick. The design does not match the picture I have shown them. The place is very unsanitary, and they use the same gloves on more than one person, touch trash canes with them and walk around to get things. They charged me full price for something that wasn't worth that money. I do not recommend this place and will not go back."

"I’ve been here probably 5-6 times because it so hard to find a good nail tech in south county. The work was basic at best from the female shop owner. The male owner who I assume is her husband is trash. He can’t shape and he one time tried to polish gel over gel instead of taking it all off. Well the last time was the final straw for me. I get dip on my real nails. There were some black particles in the dip. I told her and she said it will go away when I drill. Of course she drills and it doesn’t. She then says it’s from my nail. Not accepting or taking ownership that her dip had the particles in it. Then she begins to drill the polish off to start over to the point where I could feel the heat. I had to snatch my hand away. Never returning here. They don’t respect us anyway."

"I went in for a gel pedicure and gel color on my hands. The whole nail salon is very unsanitary. They used the same gloves within few peopley they were working on including myself. Touching trash canes, brooms and the tools were just wiped off with a towel and stored in the drawer. Nail polish was really bad and uneven edges. Will not go back to this place again."

"I have never been more disappointed after spending $30 to get my nails done. For starters I called to make an appointment and still had to wait 25 minutes before I got into a chair. Then, the as he was doing my nails I asked to make sure it was the right color. I asked for Burgundy and there was a brown color that was next to it. Pretty sure he used the wrong color. Then, he kept pulling on my finer instead of asking me to move forward. He also did not take the tool to pull the loose skin, or do lotion. Finally, I’ve never gotten my nails done before and had to ask to have the access nail polish on my nails removed. It looked VERY messy and sloppy. This is brown"
