"I’ve been going to this place for quite a while. Each time is a different price for the same service! I respect whatever the price is. No question. I tip good and am not a new customer!! I went there on November 25th. I arrived at 5:15, not knowing they closed at 6. Ok, no problem. I asked if there was enough time to do a mani and pedi. I saw the apprehension, so I asked if I could get one of the services since it was close to closing time. I figured one service could take no more than 45 minutes. They all looked at each other, at that point I’m seeing no one wants to take me! The assistant then told me they were closed!! So at this point I’m like….. ok I get it. On my way out the door, two women come in ( hate to have to mention that they are white) the owner ask them what they needed and proceeded to take BOTH of them. They assumed that I left, however, I was standing outside to make sure I was correct in my assumption! I walked back in and called them out on the facts of what just happened. The owner had the audacity to ask me what was I trying to get done. WTH do you think, after treating me like this. DO NOT GO HERE THEY exhibit RACIST behavior and don’t respect business. They smile in your face and talk about you at the same time. I am going to expose this business as much as possible."

"Horrible experience. I’ve been coming here for years and on 9/15 the tall, skinny lady who always wears her hair up in a top bun did my gel mani this past time. She was aggressive and rushed through it. I asked for silver chrome and showed her a step by step video of how to do it. She said she could and this is what I got. The girl behind me getting her nails done asked for the same thing and was told they didn’t have the stuff to do it. So basically the lady doing my nails lied to me. It was such a sloppy job. The glittery powder was all over my hands and the thick layer of black nail polish underneath was showing. When I showed her that it wasn’t coming off she told me to shower. The audacity. A lady getting a pedicure heard this and was even shocked. This was enough for me to not want to ever come back. Half of my nails are all chipped and ruined and normally my gel mani lasts a month or more."
