"I been going ever since I was a teen and there was amazing service but it has really went downhill.They did me neon nails and they were terrible I waited 30 mins for dry and it didn’t and missed my flight because they had to keep redoing it.This place is terrible and do not recommend save your money and get press ons it’s more worth it the nails pop off in a week anyway! Also they don’t refund after they mess up and you spend $70 SAVE YOUR COINS"

"Today Was Not My First Time Going To Them But Nd I Forgot Why I Stopped Going But Now I Remember, & Today For Sure Was My Last Time Going To Them. I Only Went To Them Today Because My Original Nail Shop Has Been Closed The Past Two Days & I NEEDED A Nail & Polish Polish Change ! When I Got There, The Lady Asked Me What Did I Want Real Agitated Like I Was Bothering Her. I Couldn’t Just Leave Like I Wanted, I Had A Friend Drop Me Off At The Nail Shop Nd It Would Be About 45-1Hoir Before They Came To Get Me From Them So I Decided To Stay & I Told Her I Just Needed Gel Polish Change For My Nails & Toes. She Didn’t Even Look At My Hands Or Toes Nd Immediately Charged Me $40 Upfront Just To Take Off My White Already Chipping Gel Polish Nd Put A Yellow Gel Color On This Time. I Also Do Not Like The Way They Ask You To Share Your Your 4 Digit Debit Card Pin Code Aloud In Front Of The Entire Nail Shop When It Comes Time To Pay. The Lady Who Actually Painted My Nails Kept Drilling Over My Cuticles To Take The Old Gel Polish (Which Hurt, But Surprisingly Didn’t Bleed) & She Got Lots Of Air Bubbles & Streaks On My Nails Nd Toes Too. I Wish They Would Actually Read Their Google Reviews & Would Do The Right Thing Nd Fix Their Work. I’m So Unsatisfied With The Pricing Nd Service Of Nail Time, I Would NEVER Recommend This Place For Anyone To Get Any Service Done There."

"The prices are inaccurate, and the tech kept adding services to up-charge me without letting me know. I only asked for a simple yellow polish after my pedicure and a full set with American tip, but ended up with gel charge for both and a basic clear polish…not the American tip I asked for. By the time I was finished, I was told it was $85 without a clear explanation of why. I will acknowledge the tech did a good job, but don’t like being taken advantage of and don’t plan on returning."

"They put Acetone in the polish. So a gel mani will only last 1 day. Dont do it. They are unapologetic. I was willing to pay for a redo, only asked that new polish be used. They refused saying they didn't have new polish. Only old bottles. The pic is chipped nails after 1 day."
