"My experience here was horrible! It was my first time getting my nails done at this place. I went in for a fill. The nail tech was an older lady with glasses. When I asked for more color options, she was annoyed. She huffed the whole time she was doing my nails. Not only was she rude, but extremely rough! She cut my finger two times and didn’t give much of an apology. I called after leaving and spoke with the manager. Who apologized, but said, what do you want me to do about it. She refused to give me the nail techs name when I asked. I then asked for the owners name, and then proceeded to hang up on me. I should have googled before going. I would have noticed the 3.8 star review."

"Current Review: I have been a loyal customer at this nail shop for two years, always relying on my go-to nail tech, Lynn. However, my recent visit left me incredibly disappointed and dissatisfied. Since Lynn’s departure, the level of service has significantly declined. Despite repeatedly expressing my preference for “square square” nails, the current nail techs failed to deliver. They used my nail length as an excuse, a problem Lynn never encountered. Lynn was skilled at crafting square nails, ESPECIALLY on shorter lengths. To add to my frustration, I asked for an acrylic toenail, only to find it shaped round instead of the requested square which was the point of adding acrylic. This oversight is unacceptable. They scrapped 3 cuticles down to the point of bleeding. Regrettably, after this experience, I have decided not to return to the nail shop. It’s disheartening when a longstanding customer’s preferences are not taken into account. I hope the management addresses these issues to improve the overall service quality for other customers. Below is my review before Lynn left…. Lynn is my go to. I’ve been going to her consistently for a little over a year now. I only ever get dip over my real nails & gel polish pedicures. "I had to leave half way, the lady doing my nails was super rude from the start, she was annoyed and did a mess of work. I asked her to stop that i would else where to get the acrylic removed since it was bumpy and messy. Nail size were different and she said if i left she would charge me 50 dollars. I said she had done horrible work that all i wanted was to pay for manicure and nail removal. She said no she kept trying and did worse job. I stood up and talked no another guy that works there he saw my nails and was nice enough to calm her down and get my nails remove by someone else. That lady didnt care about her bad service and rude attitude all she cared of getting my money for her bad work. She said pay me i worked i said i also al here for a good service you have been rude to me thats not fair i came her to relax too. She said ok but thanks to the guy i can see i left happy because he actually cared and listened"
