"First off, this place is beautiful...very CWE My wife and daughter seem to be getting lovely pedicures. I on the other hand am currently sitting in barely room temperature water while my technician sometimes looks at my feet but mostly watches TV on her phone. I would address it but I don't feel comfortable with that person who's cant be bothered to look at me so far will be eager to give me better service UPDATE I updated from one to 4 stars because the others were lovely and did a great job. Theanager saw my technician on her phone and it was addressed...Just hope I never get my technician again..."

"Sules does a decent job but NEVER says thank you for gratuity. Tips are standard for me whenever service is rendered; without a thank you I won’t ever receive service from her again. I’ve overlooked it several times but reality is, there’s no excuse. I appreciate management for their pleasant & prompt reply. I’ve patronized Ladue Nails for many years. The service has been consistently well. I’m also familiar with Sules’ limited English as I’ve attempted to speak with her the little Spanish I do know :) All things considered though, “thank you” is a universal language that goes a really long way."

"I am highly satisfied with the quality of service I received. The atmosphere was very pleasant and I was greeted with a very warm welcome upon entering the spa. The service I received was a Classic Manicure & Pedicure. Nothing fancy for me, however I'm very satisfied with my Manicure & Pedicure. I will be returning for service again"

"I was extremely disappointed by the service and quality of the nails. The techs were non communicative and mine was unskilled. She did not talk to me at all not even asking shame of the nails desired. For a $45 manicure I was extremely Disappointed. There are serveral smudges, dents/wrinkles in the finish and an uneven distribution of color. Was really optimistic upon arrival but left unsatisfied."

"Completely disappointed with the customer service and the service I received. I went in expecting to enjoy getting my nails done for the first time and left with my cuticles bleeding and my nails looking undone and lopsided. The woman who did my nails rushed and seemed to make snide comments as she did my nails, to which staff came to watch, laugh, and comment on my nails as well. I called to see if I could come back to get my nails redone, and as I returned, they turned me down, saying they were held up. I asked for a refund for the service, and the man at the front said I’d have to get my nails removed. After they removed the nails I got done yesterday, I went up to get my refund the man at the front desk said he refunded me 80 but he would need a card to charge me $20 for the manicure service I paid for yesterday, separate from the complete set I received. As I persisted in speaking with the manager, who was supposedly far away and not around, he finally came clean and said he was the manager of the salon and would not give me a refund at all due to me not wanting to pay again. I am hugely frustrated at the fraudulent attempt of trying to take back the refunded amount, which i still have yet to receive."
