"I have used this salon for many years. I had an appointment scheduled today. I received a phone call this morning telling me that the stylist I booked with, Sandy Kensella, is refusing to service me due to four prior cancellations. I don't recall there being a total of four cancellations, however, I do know that I called with plenty of advanced notice to reschedule my appointment. The last time, I believe I was sick, and had just became symptomatic, so I will own that one. Additionally, in the time that I was a client here, there were a few occasions when I was given last minute notice that my appointment would need to be changed/cancelled due to overbooking, or the stylist not coming in that day. I was floored that after as long as I have used this salon, they have just shunned me. I would understand if there was no notice given each time, but all times but one, notice was given, and within plenty of time. The only one time notice wasn't given is when I woke up sick prior to my appointment. I have now found a new salon at the same time my appointment was for today. They will not be getting my repeat business, and tip."

"Scheduled appointments ahead of time telling them what we wanted. Got there and I told the lady what I wanted. The color didn't come out right. The highlights are not visible. My hair is brassy. We pay a lot of money for our hair and I've got to have it fixed somewhere else. I'm furious. I definitely will never go there again."

"I have tried this salon twice. Once with my husband. He wanted a haircut an hour before they closed, scheduled it for twenty minutes later. When he came back the only available hairdresser decided she was done for the day and he would not be able to get it cut. The second time I took my two sons. Neither of their hairdressers did as the pictures indicated. And the one named Sandy didn't pay attention to anything I asked her to do when she asked for specifications. She was so concerned with what it would look like un-gelled she gave him a terrible "90s skater boy cut." Those were her own words. When I asked her to fix it she got annoyed and said, "Well looks like you're getting your money's worth today." Well, no I didnt, because the haircut still wasn't what I wanted! It's hard enough to get kids to agree to get their hair cut, then when they have their heart set on a style these ladies refuse to pay attention to, it just makes it that much harder. In the end I took them to The Hair Saloon where the bad cuts we're fixed!"
