Also the staff that I saw working there tonight was some staff I’ve never seen before and they were super friendly! Well done! I have never had a bad experience at our Taco Bell. But something was just different about tonight their staff made a positive impact on my day."

"I have to say that the gentleman in the drive thru should be training people in drive thru's everywhere. If there were a drive thru training school- this man should be in charge. He was hands down the most patient, courteous and delightful person working in a fast food restaurant on the planet. I'm not kidding, he was genuinely happy that we were there. The best experience ever. I'm sorry that I didn't catch his name to share it publicly."

"Girl at the register is super friendly and accommodating. We got our drinks and couldn’t sit by the window where we wanted due to the dirty tables, so we found a seat still within view of the vehicle. They forgot some of my order so I had to go back to the counter and get it, but that’s no big deal. My 9 year old and I sat down to eat and a nice song came on from the late 90s. About 2 minutes later the boom box from the kitchen exploded and overpowered the lobby speakers with some rap song that used the N word about 47 times. Not exactly family friendly music. We left…"

"This is the best Taco Bell I've visited (Streator, IL). Very clean interior, including the bathroom. The employees appear to be happy and enjoy their jobs. The employees are also very nice and friendly. Every order is spot on with accuracy, unlike most other places. A+ service. The managers here are doing something right."
