"Fairly new to the area and was in need of a color correction. Wanted to go from a jet black box dye to a warm brown for my hair extensions. Three different colorist turned me down before Amy and Jamie from Beauty Brand came to my rescue. To preserve the integrity of my hair extensions, Amy found a way to give me the results that I wanted without having to over bleach. We were in constant communication, informing and educating me of the process every step of the way. I am so grateful for the honesty and consideration of my hair, time, and finances. Most importantly, the kindness and care in which the Beauty Brand family tended to unfavorably situation. We be returning for more services, as well as referring others."

"I booked with stylist Lexi. I told her that I want length to around 3 inches below my collar bone with layer. I said I wanted the shortest layer to be below my chin and I even showed her a reference picture. She washed my hair then started cutting it. Midway through, she asked for help from another stylist. The other stylist, Amy V., completely took over while Lexi sat down at another chair and took notes on how to do the haircut that I wanted. I showed Amy the reference photo and she said that my haircut will be a little bit shorter than the photo. When she was finished, my shortest layer was around half an inch above my chin and the longest layer was at my collar bone. It wasn’t at all what I wanted. The haircut was $50."
