The colors, texture and quality were unmatched, but the pricing was very reasonable, far better than any of the other places I looked. "In 2019, we chose Hardwoods of Wisconsin to provide the wood flooring for our new home, and four years in, I could not be happier that we did. It was one of the best construction decisions we made. The flooring is beautiful and I had a range of choices in plank width and stain color, choices the Hardwoods' team helped me determine. The oil finish has exceeded expectations in terms of durability and is easy to repair myself in the event of a ding. A traditional (American) poly-finish floor would have been a long-term maintenance nightmare in our house as it would be impossible over time to address normal wear the high-traffic kitchen area without moving out of of the entire first floor. With Hardwood's natural oil finish, when the time comes I will apply additional oil/stain product and no one will be able to tell where I started and stopped. I know this to be the case as I've touched up small areas with great satisfaction. In addition, Hardwoods worked with my finish carpenter to create custom stairs and were a great partner to him in the creative process.
