Stylists talking openly amongst themselves about how they plan to take their lunch and make customers wait despite a full waiting area. Stylist seem inconvenienced to be working a busy Saturday."

"Wow.... I can't even, I took my son in to get a cut who hasn't had a cut in 6 months. He wanted to keep the length as much as possible. So I told the lady to "shape it up" and "trim". Her exact words were, "I'll only take about ½ an inch off." I ran to Schnucks next door and was gone 5 minutes. I come back to find my son with a no gaurd shaved sides and the top not even touched. Furious doesn't even begin to say how I feel. We will NEVER go back to this place!!!"
